• Yes, pretty simply too. There's a little slider that opens the pin that attaches the band.

• Yes you can change the bands if you would like but it will leave a small gap that isn't there with the original band.

• Yes it can be done very easily and you can install any 20 millimeter band as long as it has an easy Snap-on installation like the he original. I tried attaching a picture of the back of my watch but was unable to, but trust me a five-year-old could do it. By the way I had my Huawei 2 sport watch for at least three months and would Highly recommend it.
