• Unlike the Indian version, this one doesnt have LTE, so you won't be able to put a SIM card in it like its Indian counterparts. Apart from that, it'll work there normally.

• I don't see any issue(s), the watch connect to your phone via bluetooth and its functionality does not depend of the region like DVD or Blueray.
