I haven’t been able to get it on to my phone haven’t got that far??

If there is any video or snapshot you want to save, I suggest you do that before resetting the camera: • First delete the camera from the camera list. (iOS: Tap on the gear icon of the camera you want to remove and then tap ‘Remove Camera’. Android: Tap on the gear icon of the camera you want to remove and then tap on the bin icon at the top right corner.) • With the baby unit plugged in, turn it off or unplug. Press and hold the pair button while turning it on or plugging in. Continue to hold the Pair button until a long beep is heard. This may take up to 30 seconds.
