Hello Deb, The Nursery Pal Glow is a different and not compatible model from the Nursery Pal Link Premium. However, to help you with this, I suggest you hard reset your camera. If there is any video or snapshot you want to save, I suggest you do that before resetting the camera: • First delete the camera from the camera list. (iOS: Tap on the gear icon of the camera you want to remove and then tap ‘Remove Camera’. Android: Tap on the gear icon of the camera you want to remove and then tap on the bin icon at the top right corner.) • Switch off the camera by unplugging the power supply from the electrical socket. • Press and hold the PAIR button, then plug the powers supply back into the electrical socket. • Release the PAIR button when you hear a confirmation beep and wait for the Camera Unit to complete an internal reset procedure.
