Hello Frankie, To repair the camera, please try the steps below: A) Turn your parent unit (monitor) and camera off. If your camera doesn't have a power switch, you can unplug it from power for 30 seconds. B) Plug your camera and monitor into power and turn both units on. Wait for one (1) minute. NOTE: It is crucial you wait for at least one minute to allow the units to conclude their booting up procedure. The light above the Hubble logo will flash red when ready to pair. C) Make sure the camera and monitor are within 3ft. If you have multiple cameras, please keep them further apart to prevent interference. D) Manually pair the camera to an unused camera slot. Used slots will have an * icon next to the number or show as bold in the list. For instance, camera slot 3 or 4.
