“My son received this as a Christmas present, how long does it need to be on the charger? We have charged it twice now and he only can get about 20-30 min of ride time before it dies? Is this a defective scooter or does it need to charge over night?”

Hi LB! Thank you for your question and for letting us know about your Ripper scooter. It is recommended that you charge the battery for 8-12 hours for maximum ride time.
