Very useful for shins and knees. Especially if you run, or if you are standing for a long period of time. My boyfriend runs and his shins are always hurting him, the boots give him the relief to keep going and reduces the soreness in the morning . The knees my mom uses when they are really swollen and it’s such a instant relief.
