A:AnswerHi Alex!
The Normatec 3 Leg System will come with the standard size boots which fits people between 5'4" - 6'3". We also have a shorter boot, ideal for those 5'3" and below and a taller boot for people 6'4" and over. If you are needing a different size from the Standard attachment, please email our HyperCare team at [email protected] and an agent will be able to assist!
A:AnswerHi there!
The compression levels are uniform across all the zones when being used in the standard recovery mode. Through our Hyperice App, you are able to customize the pressure level of each individual zone with some limitations.
The feet (Zone 1) must be the highest pressure setting to prevent any fluid buildup or backflow. The upper zones must be set to an equal or lesser pressure than the zone below it. The App will not allow you to set a pressure outside of this range. If you need additional help or information regarding this, please reach out to us at [email protected] and one of our agents will be happy to help!
A:AnswerOur Normatec 3 device uses compression therapy to enhance blood circulation, reduces muscle soreness, and speed up recovery time. When using the leg attachments, your foot will be covered in the first zone and experience the benefits as well. This attachment will cover your full foot, but will have an opening at the top where the top of your toes might be exposed.
A:AnswerThe Normatec 3 is FSA eligible. Not all accounts are the same so it is important you ensure that your purchase is an approved purchase by your specific account. We recommend consulting with your insurance company to determine what documentation or prescriptions are necessary, if any, to ensure an eligible purchase. If you have any other questions regarding FSA/HSA eligibility, please reach out to us at [email protected]
A:AnswerThe Normatec 3 Device has an internal battery and world voltage capable power supply of 100-240V. The charger also comes with international adapters that can be swapped out to use when you travel.
A:AnswerWhile we don't have any clinical research documentation for how our Normatec works with restless leg syndrome, we have heard from some of our customers that they have seen relief from this when using our Normatec system. If you have specific questions or concerns about using your products, we highly encourage consulting your physician since he/she has the most knowledge on your personal health records and how our technology will work on your body.
A:AnswerThe standard leg attachments will fix up to a max 29 inch thigh width. For additional sizes for our leg attachments, please reach out to [email protected] and one of our team would be able to help further!
A:AnswerVery useful for shins and knees.
Especially if you run, or if you are standing for a long period of time. My boyfriend runs and his shins are always hurting him, the boots give him the relief to keep going and reduces the soreness in the morning . The knees my mom uses when they are really swollen and it’s such a instant relief.
A:AnswerYes, you can adjust the number of active zones on your boots when using the Hyperice App to turn off the top zones if needed. These adjustments will help accommodate any leg inseam length. The turned off zones can then be folded or scrunched down to fit someone who is too tall for the boot size.
