Does it have significant noise cancelling? null

No active/electrical noise canceling besides the ear cups. They work well but don’t expect to get the same results from other brands that offer electronic/active noise cancellation.

If you are playing something with sound you can barely hear anything thats going on around you but if you don't have anything playing then it barely cancels out anything.
