Q: QuestionI bought this for my xbox one. Apparently its "compatible" but without the 7.1 surround sound, which is exactly the reason why I bought it. Is there any software I can download on my xbox so I can utilize the 7.1 surround sound? Or any other ideas?

Q: QuestionHyperX cloud core 3mm cable. is there an 3mm extension cord besides the usb coverter to extend the 3mm cable from the headset since its only about 2 foot (1m) long that doesn't impact the 7.1 sound.

• A:Answer I’ll assume you’ll need a lightning to usb cable to utilize the 7.1 settings. I’m not sure if iOS will support the settings but it may be worth a try. You would be leaving a noticeable amount of noise quality behind without running the 7.1 option.
