You might have to change the input on the screen or the out put on the tower, see if it has multiple inputs/outputs

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If everything is connected correctly then maybe the problem are your monitors, also did you connect it to your graphics card or your motherboard? The Radeon Rx 480 4gb that comes with with PC has 1 HDMI port, 3 OP ports and 1 DVI port, i have my dual monitors connected and they work. Also try connecting it to your TV or something to check if its your monitors or the actual PC. And yes this doesnt come with a cd drive. I know i didnt really answer your question but i saw no one else answered so i tried helping you out. PS buy an external CD drive that connects via usb for like 30 bucks
