Open the side of the case and make sure your graphics card is plugged in properly, I use an HDMI output into my ACER.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.have you tried plugging in an hdmi cable to both the monitor and the tower. I had the same issue until i plugged in the hdmi cable then it worked
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you are plugging the monitor into one of the "video card" ports and not in the ports on the motherboard. The red arrow on the picture I uploaded shows the video card ports. There are (4) ports on the video card (2 are HDMI and 2 are DisplayPort ports)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try connecting one monitor to the DVI port. When I first set up my new computer, I connected one monitor to the DVI port on the Graphics. I have two monitors, and both are connected via Display Port. Also once you get to the desktop, go to: Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings, Change Advanced Power Settings, Hard Disk, "Turn off hard disk after" is set to NEVER.
