Best buy told us that sims 4 can play on this.. how??? null

How what? The system is relatively powerful for the price and should handle the game easily, per the system requirements listed for the game. The processor and memory & graphics have plenty of power for the stats listed.

This pc dominates sims 4, you can get up to 100 fps on high settings. I would reccomend getting this
