Q: QuestionCan the i5 processor be upgraded with the i7? Can more ram space be added? I m looking to purchase this for music production. What is the return policy and is this a refurbished unit? Please advise

• A:Answer you can return this build within 2 weeks, of course processor can be changed and as long as it can handle i5 8400, current motherboard will probably handle many of the i7 processors, and about ram there are 2 slots total one of them is already busy with 8GB card.

Q: QuestionBought a 500GB San Disk SSD. Plugged in both SATA cables (see pic) and nothing? Not sure what I did wrong it looked so easy. There is even an extra spot for an SSD.
