In addition to the 2.5 and 3.5 hard drives that come with this PC, you can add an additional 2.5 and a 3.5. In other terms, this PC has 2 x 2.5" and 2 x 3.5" slots.

You need to purchase separate hard drives and plug them into the USB ports. This is a gaming machine and to keep the costs down hard drives weren't included since most games and software are downloaded these days.

I am not positive you can add more hard drives but I would just buy a 850 gig ssd anyways, it has 1 more slot for an extra ssd

Yes you can, there is enough space to add more ram, ssd, etc.
