• No wireless capabilities is not included, only ethernet. You would have to add a pc card or usb type wifi adapter.

• Yes, as of 11/28/16 the wifi adapter is included. (I know this because this is the day that I bought mine) All future sales should include one too and if yours didn't, contact iBuyPower and they will send you one free of charge. And yes, it is capable of connecting to 802.11ac.
