check to make sure there actually in the pc, the one i got had no lights, the graphics card was wrong, had 8 gas of ram instead of 16, and had an off brand motherboard when it was supposed to have an asus
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is my understanding that the Best Buy versions do not use software or drivers, just remote. You can verify funtion of remote by taking off the glass side and aim remote toward lights at close range. If not working, check remote battery. With case side on, the remote is quite limited in distance and angle. Mine works by aiming through holes in top of case.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The remote reciever is in the bottom of the PC at the left glass panel. You must be really close to it to get it work. Also it works if you point down right over the top grill of the PC. They should fix this, it is annoying!!
