TRY POINTING IT TO THE SENSOR WHICH IS BY THE SSD
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had issues with this as well at first. You need to aim it at a certain spot within the tower for it to recognize the signal. Just try from different angles around the tower and it should eventually hit the right location.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to be at a very specific angle that can be difficult to find. If you are facing straight at the glass side where the lights flash, point the remote directly in the middle at a perpendicular angle. You may have to slowly move your hand around in circles until you find it, but keep pressing the button you want until you see the lights change.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried pointing the remote to the top right side of the open side of the tower? That is where the receiver is for the lights in mine. If that does not do anything, then I would try checking the battery and seeing if it is seated right. If it is, you might have to try a new battery and see if that is the issue. Beyond that, it might be a faulty remote, and you would have to contact the company or best buy to see about a replacement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I talked with an iBuyPower tech about this! The signal is a little weak from the controller in some cases. You need to hold it close to the glass. I have had best results holding it an inch from the glass just above the power supply. There are times I've had it work 5-6" from the glass so it may improve over time or I get lucky some times! Hope this helps!
