Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't believe there is any other way besides on the remote. On my PC I was having the same problem. I fixed this be finding the position of the IR sensor in the case. It is down the bottom where the power cable for the GPU goes through. Right next to the solid state drive. Its a little wire with a sensor on the end zip tied to the case. The eye of the sensor was flipped so it was facing the bottom. I flipped mine over and haven't have a problem since. Maybe this will work for you.
