• Has to be your monitor man.. I played Fallout 4 at 180 FPS on ultra.. Maybe check the game settings or something because this system does games really well.

• Yes definitely, if your Monitor isn't good then it won't matter what type of graphics card you have. I only know this because I need a new monitor myself. Try BenQ for gaming
