“I cant get the color remote to work no matter where i point it is there anything i can do or does anyone have any suggestions. thanks”

• You practically have to be pointing it at the receiver in the case and be less than a foot from it to make the remote work. If that doesn't work, you may have a bad battery in the remote. Try replacing it to see if that helps.

• Check and make sure the infrared receiver inside the case is not obstructed and the plastic shim for the battery inside the remote is removed
