• The cooling system is great you should never have a overheating problem! And also the fans do turn off but this is not a bad thing because no pc's fans stay on when completely turned off. When turned off there is nothing to worry about because nothing is producing heat, so the heat ventilates out of the pc's case. This does not mean the the cpu and gpu are not warm though, all in all you do not need to worry about the cooling when the pc is turned off.

• There is a fan on the CPU, Fan on the GPU, and a fan on the desktop case. you don't need anything extra.
