I just recently purchased this machine for streaming. I stream my xbox one gameplay and use the computer to actually stream online. The desktop is fully capabale of streaming once the proper software is installed. The question now is what are you intending to stream? Are you going to stream activites that are being done on the computer, like a PC game, or like me are you streaming something like gameplay from another device?

For me, I needed a little additional hard outside of the desktop and its necessities (montior, keyboard, etc) and the game console. For example, a capture card may be needed. External mic and a webcam if you intend for you to be seen and heard by viewers.
