• Yes, I had the EXACT same issue. Try this. Unplug power cord from PC. Press and hold power button for 60 seconds, release. Plug back in and try power button. My computer restarted.. has something to do with discharging capacitors on mother board? Hope this helps..

• Nope no issues, there is a power switch on the back. Make sure it’s on before trying the power switch on the top of the system.
