Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It sounds like it may be your Wifi router. Go to speedtest.net and let it check you connection. Sometimes resetting your modem and router help. You can also try updating your wifi card or disabling and enabling your wifi card on the PC. Do the update after you have checked on speed test.net and received a good download and upload. If you have bad download and upload, contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider). I hope this helped.
