A:Answer I ordered this on 8/30 and had shipping delays, tracking mixups, and at one point Best Buy said the order was lost. After being told it was lost, I was told that Best Buy was going to cancel the order but then it finally delivered a few days later on 9/19 after I was already expecting a cancellation and refund. The system had a difference CPU as well (10900KF instead of the 10900K) and all that customer service could do was ask me if I'm happy with it as-is and if not to just return the system.
