I ordered this on 8/30 and had shipping delays, tracking mixups, and at one point Best Buy said the order was lost. After being told it was lost, I was told that Best Buy was going to cancel the order but then it finally delivered a few days later on 9/19 after I was already expecting a cancellation and refund. The system had a difference CPU as well (10900KF instead of the 10900K) and all that customer service could do was ask me if I'm happy with it as-is and if not to just return the system.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Update: I received notifications this morning that my PC is delayed and that they’re working on getting it to me ASAP. They say after September 22nd if it hasn’t shipped then they will cancel the order and refund the money. I’m thinking about beating them to it, and going with a different product.

Please try again later.I fear I’m in the same predicament I ordered the other Element CL model September 5th and it’s supposed to be delivered tomorrow but it still states on the Best Buy order that they’re “getting it ready” still so I have very little faith that it will be on my doorstep tomorrow.
