“Do you happen to know if this computer runs Beam-NG Drive on high settings without major frame drops?”

• From a quick google search, Beam-NG Drive is about 5 years old, correct? If that's true, then this computer should be able to run it on high fairly well, but please note that this rig is not a gaming rig. They're selling it like one, but it barely makes the cut. Tip: for better performance, add 8 more gigs of ram.
