Questionhello. I am kinda new to all this PC gaming and i just am a little confused on how FPS works. Like how would I know that I couldn't run a certain game like Call of Duty WW2 on my PC. How do I know how much fps has or am I looking at it all wrong?

- Answer To know whether or not a game is playable on your computer you have to look at the specs. Make sure you meet at least the minimum specifications for the game to be able to run smoothly. In short, FPS will be affected by by your specs. This computer handles almost all the games in medium to high settings.

QuestionI noticed that the ram is ddr3. Would it be possible to upgrade the ddr4 ram or does the motherboard not allow that? It isn't a deal breaker I just want to know how upgradeable this pc is.

- Answer While i haven't played them myself, this gaming machine should have no issues running and games like Overwatch and RS: Siege on Med-High settings. The only bottleneck that the PC has at its core (being a pre-built device you will have some kind of bottleneck) is the CPU. But most games are much more graphics intensive than CPU intensive. I have personally played Player Unknown's Battlegrounds on High and got a smooth 60 fps with no real dips or FPS drops. Hope this helps!

- Answer Unfortunately, we do not benchmark our systems with any specific games. However, this system would have no issues running this game on high settings. You can check videos from others who have tested similar specs to see what fps you can receive.

QuestionI got this pc a while ago and the light just flash through every color. i did not get a remote to change it so is there any other way to chnage the color without using the remote or am i able to get a remote for free?

- Answer I don't think there is a remote. Lighting controls are on your desktop with a shortcut says launch lighting controls. If not I'm sure you can find it in applications. Hope this helps

- Answer Hi User, All our systems are made to for gamers all of sorts. So when you ask if it can game. Of course it can! This pc should be able to play gta5 and csgo smoothly on medium or high settings. As for your school stuff, that should be no issue.

- Answer Hi Centenia, You did receive the computer you ordered. We use discreet branded motherboards and lighting which is why yours may differ from other customers. As for the change in color, if you did not receive the remote, there should be an app already installed into your computer that should allow you to change the lighting called "Launch Lighting controller.exe".

- Answer I ordered mine on dec 28th 2017, and it arrived shortly after Jan 1st 2018, bestbuy doesnt usually have this in store on hand, you usually have to order it off the website and have it sent to the store since its considered a "Custom PC". so if you want it I would suggest just ordering it on the best buy website and have it either mailed directly to you or the store for pickup.

- Answer I'm not sure if this computer is vr capable, but GTA 5 should run smoothly on this computer. My computer runs other games like CS:GO at about 200 fps without any gaming softwares like razer cortex. Graphics are also very good, so GTA 5 should work perfectly on this computer.
