A:AnswerWhile i haven't played them myself, this gaming machine should have no issues running and games like Overwatch and RS: Siege on Med-High settings. The only bottleneck that the PC has at its core (being a pre-built device you will have some kind of bottleneck) is the CPU. But most games are much more graphics intensive than CPU intensive. I have personally played Player Unknown's Battlegrounds on High and got a smooth 60 fps with no real dips or FPS drops.

You did receive the computer you ordered. We use discreet branded motherboards and lighting which is why yours may differ from other customers. As for the change in color, if you did not receive the remote, there should be an app already installed into your computer that should allow you to change the lighting called "Launch Lighting controller.exe".
A:AnswerI ordered mine on dec 28th 2017, and it arrived shortly after Jan 1st 2018, bestbuy doesnt usually have this in store on hand, you usually have to order it off the website and have it sent to the store since its considered a "Custom PC". so if you want it I would suggest just ordering it on the best buy website and have it either mailed directly to you or the store for pickup.
