Q: QuestionI bought my pc or at least a very similar prebuilt with the same case, I got it last summer and i completely forgot what the software for the lighting is called just wondering if you all know?

• A:Answer If your motherboard is an asrock, try using this website: https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450Mac/#Download The program they use to control the RGB lighting is called ASROCK polychrome RGB found near the bottom of the list on the link above.

• A:Answer Hello, Our systems ship with different models of RAM depending on what we have in stock. Once you receive the computer you can just look at the RAM stick and you'll know which model to buy.

• A:Answer Windows OS and key comes with it. Once you finish setup, go to the settings (sorry forgot the exact steps) and click on the "fix issue" button and it will look for your windows OS key. It does not come with windows office if that was part of your question.

Q: QuestionWhat speed ram can i get for this motherboard?

• A:Answer The motherboard they have on this build, during my research, is a special type built by Asrock for IBP. It's an asrock B450m-ibw. When I went to asrock's website to look for the manual, they don't actually have it because it's not sold to the public. The closest is the B450M/ac. Manual on it states that the motherboard can handle 3200+ MHz on overclock.
