What speed ram can i get for this motherboard? null

The motherboard they have on this build, during my research, is a special type built by Asrock for IBP. It's an asrock B450m-ibw. When I went to asrock's website to look for the manual, they don't actually have it because it's not sold to the public. The closest is the B450M/ac. Manual on it states that the motherboard can handle 3200+ MHz on overclock.
