- Answer You get 1 stick of ddr4 2666mhz ram.. BUT, unless you overclock, the ram will be running at about 1330 mhz because of single channel. I'd recommend upping you ram on this pc to about 16-24, I currently have 24 in my system and this computer is PERFECT. :)

QuestionAura has not worked since the day I bought it. I've never been able to open the program because it immediately says it has stopped working. Tried reinstalling/auracleaner/various other steps. Nothing. Is there a solution to this? I'm tired of red light

- Answer I believe its actually 550w, but dont worry about it. I always thought prebuild PC power supply's were bad, but there ok dont worry about it.

- Answer This desktop doesn't come with a SSD, but it is super easy to add one in the M.2 slot. Slide it in, install one screw (not included) and you are off to the races! See the suggested drive, great drive but you can go with a smaller one. Use a program like Acronis or Samsung's proprietary cloning software to clone your hard drive to the SSD and you'll have much faster startup and you can use the factory 1tb platter drive for extra storage. I added a Western Digital Blue 1tb 3d Nand drive to mine and the startup is way faster!

- Answer It actually has six. You can use any of them for any USB device. The blue ones are USB 3.0 and transfer data much more quickly.

- Answer If you are looking to install a M.2 SSD, there are many videos available as they install the same. I installed a Western Digital Blue M.2 1 TB hard drive and it is literally just plug it into the slot and hold it in with one screw! The Samsung drive recommended below installs just like the Western Digital and all you need is the screw to go with it (doesn't come with the drive or the computer.) I just took the screw from a parts laptop I had. Clone the original hard drive to the SSD and you're in business!

- Answer Hi Mike, Unfortunately this computer's chassis does not provide an optical drive bay or a opening for you to place an internal drive and access it. We recommend obtaining an external drive if you need to use disks. Thank you for your question!

- Answer A Ryzen 5 CPU is a great CPU but graphics wise, I believe nvidia would be a much better choice. It mostly depends overall if you have decent internet speed that can handle HD streaming.

- Answer Make sure you connected the hdmi to the graphics card and not to the mother board, in fortnite maybe set the frame rate cap to ultimate or 250 FPS.
