QuestionHey, when using a headset, would I have to use a splitter cable for my headset to use the microphone and also hear in the headset because I have been trying to figure the sound settings and nothing has come to mind. Thanks.

- Answer Hello, The front panel of the system has jacks for mic and audio. If whatever headset you are using only has one jack, it probably means you require a splitter, unless your device uses a USB port, in which case you should be able to get both audio and mic.

- Answer Hello, Unfortunately we are unable to specify the fan model since we use a variety of fans in our systems depending on what we have in stock. You do not have to buy the exact model as many different 120mm and 140mm fans work in this PC.

QuestionCan I take out the RAM that is included in this PC and put my own 2 sticks of 8 GB Ram? And after that would I have to go into the BIOS to make sure it is running at its full capability? Also does this PC use DDR3 or DDR4 type of RAM. Thanks.

QuestionModel BB981 Are the RGB lights on the fans directly controllable, or only from the RGBFusion software? I'm wondering if I can run the RGB lights via my own programming. Finding the mobo manufacturer docs to be shallow, so I'm guessing not.

- Answer Hello, The lights on the fans are controlled through manufacturer software since they are plugged into the motherboard. There may be a workaround if you buy a separate fan controller.
