QuestionDo I need a vga-hdmi adapter to connect this to the monitor I bought for it? The monitor was recommended for this desktop but it has a vga cable that the desktop does not appear to have a port for.

- Answer I added a 1T SSD. There are a total of four SATA connections. So you can have two additional hard drives. The easiest way to access the spaces for additional drives is to remove the side of the case. Solid and glass

- Answer It's in the manual, and I'll tell you there is one available, if you can get it! I received this PC 1 week ago. I went into Best Buy the next day and told the person that helped me I just bought this PC and wanted to add 16gb ram. He obviously had no idea and he sold me ram that is not listed as compatible with this motherboard. You better get something to monitor your system especially for heat, from what I read heat is a major issue along with basic quality issues. Check YouToob, good luck.

Questionwhen I bought the pc the internet was working perfectly fine, but until a few days ago it started to lag and it kept disconnecting. I restarted it, and also the modem but no changes. And with other devices the WiFi works fine. Any clue what’s wrong?

- Answer Use the ASRock utility that was preinstalled on the PC. The shortcut is on the desktop and is called ASRock Utility>ASRRGBLED to set and control the lighting

- Answer To change the RGB lighting elements of the fans & case, go to the search box in the taskbar and type in "ASRRGBLED". This is the utility that allows you to customize the lighting, this model does not include the Smart Lighting feature that would use a remote.
