This comment didn't post the first time I tried-not sure why, so I'll try again. My point wasn't really that they changed the ad, it's that they sold a lot of these computers with a promise of 3.1 Gen2 at 10Gb/s *and then they changed the ad*. Some how, I don't feel like I am getting what I paid for...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think because the motherboard is ASROCK z370 PRO4, and it support only USB 3.1 Gen1 Gen 1 (Speed up to 5Gbps) Gen 2 (Speed up to 10Gbps)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello! There was a retroactive name change after the 10g ports came out and some manufacturers followed the new naming scheme. The motherboard supports 3.1 Gen 1 which speeds up to 5Gbps while the Gen 2 supports up to 10Gbps which is not apart of this motherboard's features. We do apologize for any misinformation as all information is submitted manually, the misinformation was a human error, we have updated the specifications to the correct settings. Once again, we do apologize for any misinformation as that is not the intention.
