- Answer The HDMI port is on the video card. You have to pull a black plug out of the HDMI port before you can use it.

- Answer This computer was offered as a Black Friday special. Best Buy does carry some iBuyPower desktops in their stores, however, this particular computer came directly from iBuyPower.

QuestionHow is this desktop packaged in the box? Does it include foam within the case to protect hardware? Is the exterior box a normal brown box or an ibuypower box (or does it include both?)

- Answer Hi, our systems come with foam inside the case to protect the components from moving or getting damaged during shipping, in addition; foam is placed on the box in order to further protect the system. The system comes in an ibuypower box which is placed inside an ibuypower brown box Thank you.

- Answer Hello, this computer does come with additional expansion slots for additional drives. The motherboard itself has 6 SATA3, 1 Ultra M.2 (PCIe Gen3 x4 & SATA3) although two of those ports are taken by the SSD and HDD that it comes with. The chassis has an additional bay for the SSD and additional bay for another HDD. Thank you!
