This system should have no problem running the game, but to answer your specific question on the settings and FPS I can't answer that for you. Try looking up videos that show the FPS running the game you are looking for and see what specs the system is using. If they are similar and show the results you are looking for, then that's great. If not, find something that fits to what they are showing.
