QuestionI started up a game for the first time and it was extremely laggy, its a new pc but the monitor is an older hp monitor... could the monitor be the reason the games so laggy? It lags on the lowest quality, sorry if its a stupid question.

- Answer Yeah so it’s going to be laggy with an older display monitor. You’re going to want to purchase one that can run anywhere from 60-144hz!

QuestionAlright so does this thing come with mouse and keyboard? If it does I would like to know how is the keyboard and mouse? Should I buy a better mouse and keyboard.

- Answer It does but there well. The keyboard slides on my wood desk easily and is really high I almost have to rest my hand on the base. If you are ok with that it's very responsive and EXTREMELY quiet. The only key that makes a slightly regular keyboard clicking noise is the space bar, arrows, and right clrl. The mouse is ok but I'm use to having a thumb scroll ball and now it's wield not having that precision. Also there wired and I no likes. I'll be buying a new keyboard and and maybe mouse.

- Answer No, but you can purchase a new case and remove all the parts from the iBuyPower PC and basically “build” a new PC. But it would void anything from iBuypower so I do not recommend it unless you know what your doing

QuestionI conected the HDMI on the graphic card, but the system don't recognize it and don't give me audio neither. How can i fix that or i have to take it to the Store, i also have the drivers disc but there isnt disc reader.

- Answer There’s two HDMI ports. One is next to the motherboard and it plugs into the i7 core. The other one is next to the NVIDIA graphics card which is the one you wanna plug the HDMI into. After you do that everything should work properly

- Answer Right now I’ve been trying it with this pc on stream labs obs and its not working... unless someone who knows a lot about this pc answers your question at the moment., then no... but it depends what software you use to stream because I’ve been using stream labs. But if you aren’t streameing and your playing its awesome.

- Answer Press power button to turn on. It's big red and says on. Then press bottons and lights will change to the collar of that botton
