A:AnswerIf you are using a Xbox headset or any wired headphones it will not work unless you have two aux chord out puts. You plug those both into the two inputs on the top front of the pc. As of your no sound issue, I struggled with the same thing. Plug your hdmi or display port into the graphics card. It is below the 3 audio ports. There are many black plastic tabs. They might not seems like they pull out but they do, you won’t break it. If you are using vga, insert the green audio cables included with the pc to your monitor. This should fix your issue. Also your monitor might have an aux Jack to plug your headphones into also. As for a mic, you need an additional one or get a pc headset with two prongs.
A:AnswerHey Swish29,
This depends on the size of the PSU you found.
This unit is a Mid-Tower case. It will handle ATX sized PSUs with no issues.

A:AnswerHey Josh,
You can upgrade to any graphics card as long as it has a PCI-E slot.
One thing we recommend to be wary of is your power supply.
As you upgrade your graphics card, your system will require more resources. Generally, a higher capacity PSU is required to make sure your system is getting sufficient power to operate.
