“Bought two. one only two of the lights work. Why? Both change colors but one completely out. Second computer monitor shows no signal. It not monitor as it works on my grandsons computer. This is very annoying. What could be wrong?”

Hello, The malfunctioning light is probably due to a loose cable. As for the monitor, it could not be working for a number of reasons, please give our tech support a call at 888-618-6040.

Same here. So annoying. This thing should work out of the box! I have the HDMI in the right spot too. There's is also a screw dangling on the inside that's connected to the wifi thing. Ugghhhh
