“What can be done about my non-active bottom RGB fan light and CPU RBG light that in fact, does not light up? Was really disappointed to see that when I first booted the system up. I'd hate to return just for non working lights, but I will.”

Hello, The light is probably not turning on due to a loose cable. If you contact our tech support at 888-618-6040 they will be able to assist you!

Remove metal side panel. a quad connector is in middle. insure all cables are plugged into the proper place. I had 3 of the 4 connector off their plug

Never mind. I fixed them myself, changed out my CPU fan for a way better one and figured out what ram is being used in the system. Nothing is ever too hard to figure out when you know how to research. And I couldn't get anyone at that number.
