QuestionHow do I install another SSD in the Trace Mr BB980 model the 2 hard drives are on the bottom was wondering how I install another SSD the instructions give no way to install another one

- Answer One of the drives inside it already is an SSD. Other one is a hard drive. If you are installing an M.2 type SSD, there is a spot on the board to insert the chip, but you have to provide yourself with the screw. For installing SSD I believe you need to connect one Power Cable and one DATA cable. Power cable will be from the power supply. Data cable will be from the board. You may have to provide yourself with one as well as I'm not too sure if this machine has spare cables. I had to unscrew a lot of pieces from that hard drive and SSD component to get the SSD from this machine removed (I swapped SSDs between two machines). It's hard work but it is possible

QuestionI've read randomly on the web that the front part of this case is recommended to be off to help with temperature. They were stating that the design did not allow good air flow. I'm just curious if this is true, thank you.

- Answer Hello, In theory yes the airflow would be better if you took off the front panel of this case, as there would be less obstruction for the fans. However, keep in mind that it means your PC is less protected and will gather dust more easily.

- Answer Hello, Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific FPS number as that does depend on your game settings. As far as specs go, Twitch recommends having at least an Intel Core i5-4670 processor or its AMD equivalent, 8GB of RAM and Windows 7 or newer. This PC exceeds the minimum requirement for streaming. - Answer Hello, The fans in the front are 120mm. You could put in a 3 fanned liquid cooler if you remove the front 3 fans.

- Answer Hello, You would need a new PSU but you would not need a new motherboard. Please note that we do not allow upgrades to our systems beforehand, this is something you would have to do yourself.
