Q: QuestionDoes the computer have preinstalled WiFi so you can connect from Bluetooth?

• A:Answer Hello, The computer has WiFi but not Bluetooth. You would have to purchase a separate Bluetooth adapter to use Bluetooth devices.

• A:Answer Nope the keyboard is a membrane i have not tried the mouse although the shape is good i doubt it would good for playing games prebuilt pcs usually come with entry level mouse and keyboards

• A:Answer This computer could handle upgrades, typically you should upgrade the motherboard and the power supply as they are generally not the best in prebuilt computer. Desktop computers are very plug and play, just make sure to follow instructions and manuals.

Q: QuestionI recently just purchased this PC and have been experiencing frequent stuttering and hitches while playing games. I've had my PC for a week and the stutters are getting worse everyday.

• A:Answer Not an answer, more of a "this has happened to me as well". I'll be calling iBuyPower tomorrow, because getting through to BestBuy themselves has been a futile effort. I bought my PC 2.5 weeks ago, a few days in and audio stuttering happened, which preceded PC shutdown and restart. I've done so much self troubleshooting, I'm convinced it is the low-tier Solytech PSU that they put into this build. The rest of the PC's function is great, but to spend about $1200 and have this kind of problem out of the box is saddening and ridiculous. I would not recommend any more units get shipped unless iBuyPower reconsiders what they put into their builds.
