“We are having trouble having internet sound play through external wired speakers. Music on my computer plays fine, however the internet doesn't. Please advise how to set up this and additionally Bluetooth for speakers also if able. Thx”

We figured out the sound issue was under Edge. We changed to using Chrome instead and speakers will work on internet.. There must be issues with Edge and using external speakers..? Also, if anyone knows if there is Bluetooth capability with this computer. Thanks!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My wifi failed on this machine after 2 weeks. I'd say it's worthless. I'll be returning the machine. My music played, too, but after spending 7 hours (I'm not kidding) with internet providers troubleshooting the lack of internet and getting 2 routers to try and fix the problem, it's obvious it's the new (crummy) computer.
