Did you also check the main power supply switch at the back of the unit?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are a few steps that you should check before panicking! 1. Are you sure that the power supply is plugged in all the way? This is a common thing that will happen. Check the thick black cord that plugs into the back of the computer and ensure that it has a snug fit. 2. Did you have a power outage recently or have something happen that could have caused a surge of power? This would possibly kill the Motherboard, CPU, or Power Supply. 3. Are you sure that the outlet that the computer is currently plugged into is graded to distribute enough power to the computer? Make sure that the computer is plugged into a surge protected outlet or power strip. If none of these apply to you, then there should have been a card on the inside of the box with the information with how to get in contact with IBuypower. They have great customer service and will help you out in case something died on the inside of your new computer. If they are unable to help, BestBuy will always help as they have a 30 day return policy if your computer was DOA (Dead on Arrival). I hope this helps!
