I do not own an iBuyPower PC. I tried twice buying them from Best Buy. In both instances, they arrived with problems, from non working fans to sporadic freezes. Support was terrible both from iBuyPoweR AND Best Buy. These systems are poorly put together and important parts like the motherboard are whatever they can get. No documentation. You are on your own to diagnose and fix. All these two companies seem to care about is quick sells and rapid sales. Beware
