I believe u can get update bios directly from intel use the b365 update obv. I haven’t done this yet because I was questioning the same thing asrock will not help u and either will Best Buy. I’ve heard people calling I buy power but they will direct you to asrock, now intel comes out with updated bios for the b365 obv it will not have certain drivers specific to asrock so I would just leave it alone if I where u . Me personally I’m gunna get a new mobo , it sucks but this mobo isn’t horrible but it’s limiting in ram 2666 and a few other things so that’s my conclusion
