“I just unboxed it and 2 of the lights on the front aren’t turning on. Please help!”

The lights you’re talking about, are they also not lighting up the side panel lcd screen? If not, there’s a small button in the back near the top that will turn these LED’s on.

Download ASRock RGB Sync off the ASRock website, and mess around with the lighting software to see if that turns them on. Another option is you can open up the case and look for any loose wiring from the lights, this is usually the issue since wiring can come loose during shipment.
