QuestionI just got my snowblind S964 and the display on the PC case is upside down? Can you help to fix this. Also, is there a film on the inside of the snow-blind display that can be peeled off? Mike

- Answer Went into settings and went to display #2 and inverted it to right side up. Still unsure it the glass is supposed to be that tinted or if you can remove the film on the inside glass.

- Answer From my research after looking at the board and looking online I came to the conclusion it was a AsRock B360M Pro4 but, it lacks the Legacy peripherals inputs/outputs (DVI, VGA, Mouse and Keyboard). It has been a great PC thus far for me.

- Answer No but the side panel dose have a built in monitor but definitely not a playable one for sure. You will need a DisplayPort cable if you won’t to use rgb and play at the same time

QuestionHi!! Would you recommend this computer for 3D creative work?? I'm a 3D animator and modeler, i'm planning on using fully MAYA, Most adobe suite software (AE, IA, PS, PR), Substance and the like. I'd use Arnold Renderer, And Redshift ideally.

- Answer I couldnt say since I dont do any 3d creative work. but with my assessment i would say yes but upgrade the monitor to a dell gaming monitor to use the full g-sync

QuestionI received my pc yesterday and it has been working perfectly fine except for the fact the the side panel tints when I put it on, I have tried multiple softwares but I can’t see any of the LED displays. it says “No Cable” but which cable do I use?

QuestionHow do you open the LCD panel it has a protective film on the inside that's really annoying

- Answer Facing the screen, there is a black screw at the top left on back of unit. Remove screw, plug on tab where the screw was, pulling outward and the screen should come loose at the top, Lean it out and pull upward, clearing connection which is at the bottom. To reinstall, put screen in bottom slots with it leaning outward at the top, aligning connection and push in at the top. Secure with the screw.

- Answer Hello, The output for the monitors may vary due to the type of video card that is used when your computer is built but it does typically include an HDMI, DisplayPort and a DVI-D port. The CPU is an i7 9700, the Best Buy listing is incorrect. Thank you for your question!
