• A:Answer Yes you can. To be truly honest with you with this pc you can run the highest graphic setting on any game of your choosing. I run rust with the highest graphic setting and all of my other games I play. Trust me you won’t have a problem with frame drop or lag between anything.

Q: QuestionWhat CPU is in this pc Bc I see different answers from ibuypower experts some say i7 8700 and then i7 9700 I’d really like to overclock this cpu to get the best performance when I get it but if it’s not overclockable then I’m going to be sad.

Q: QuestionHas the problem with the RTX cards failing been resolved? Bought a similar PC but with an RTX 2070 and it went brick after 3 weeks of usage. Called iBuypower and they said to RMA for a GPU replacement.

• A:Answer Hello, What exactly are you trying to do with the side panel in relation to your monitor? The side panel should already work by itself, and then you would plug your monitor in to the graphics card.

Q: QuestionThe side screen on mine is not coming on. There is a HDMI cable coming out that seems to be coming from there. Where does that attach, there were no instructions in my box.

• A:Answer The cable coming out of the back plugs into the graphics card. Then there is a power button for the side LCD at the top of the machine. Also be sure you've removed the foam packing and checked the cables inside to make sure they didn't become dislodged during shipping.

• A:Answer You can try to get a liquid cooler. I dont really reccomend overclocking pcs with air cooling. But even without overclocking it's a beast pc.

• A:Answer Hello, If you have peeled everything off, then the panel should be fine. There is a tint when the system is powered off, but when the PC is on, the display should be working fine, and is fully customization with the Rainmeter software. Let us know if you need any more help!
